- Hi, yep we have some really great back half outlaws here in the DFW area! There is a group here called KOTH (King of the Hill) which is same as ORSCA. But, the guys who run with us have gotten away from KOTH. They had toooo many rule changes for them and we reallllly wanna be OUTLAW. Glad to meet ya'.
