1968 Chevrolet Camaro Classic Car

The 1968 Chevrolet Camaro is a one of a kind classic car. This beauty was a beast when it was first released and today is one of the most popular classic cars that Chevrolet has produced.
The 1968 Chevrolet Classic Car is just that. Classic. Simple elegance with pavement-shattering power. Embodying a dream that weaves itself into reality, and for an instance, we all know it is possible to drive a Unicorn. GM knew what it was doing. With subtle pressure to the gas pedal, we can see the dust rise off the ground, as the 327 C.I. V-8 powered engine takes its deep breaths and roars with life. The 1968 Chevrolet Classic Car begins to tell its story in today's modern era.
In just one year from 1967 the ’68 evolved before us with slight transformations from its predecessor. In 1968 GM began to reimagine the ‘67 Camaro. The Unicorn adapted. The small changes made this beast more of a controlled animal. There was no longer a need for its vent windows to breathe, as it adapted its now famous Astro-Ventilation system for cooling its driver. The newly acquired airflow system better supported its driver and gave it another edge in its arsenal. GM was constantly thinking of more efficient means of use; hence, it decided that the turn signals would be rectangular, and its taillights separated, moving on from the single lens look to the double. Also, side markers distinguished the 1968 Chevy Camaro acting as warrior colors on the front and quarter panels.
For the driver, the 1968 Chevrolet Camaro is one of a kind. With a dramatic grille that allows you to slide back its movie-like curtain, the hidden headlamps reveal themselves. It’s a scene reminiscent of the Wizard of Oz. At last, we are the Wizard, and our magic is this wonderful creation. GM, can we finally say thank you?
In the serene, nonchalant looking bucket seats, most comfortable for a cross-country rendezvous’, we catch a glimpse of sublime beauty. With each head turn, glimmering gauges dance to life as the instruments test themselves and give precise information. If we thought the Camaro could not get any better, we were sadly mistaken.
In an instant, the unicorn becomes a dragon. Did we say 327? How about a 396 big-block V-8 engine. This new L-34 spec with a 350-horse powered engine was a game changer as well. In a vintage dream the methodical creature takes a spin from the RS and SS models to the Camaro Z/28. Not only a formidable foe, but a champion in its ranks that would challenge the Mustang till this day.
From the effervescent color wheels that speak "RACE CAR READY", and its rally style 14’ inch tires, the car can and will literally transport you to 1968. When one gets behind the 1968 Chevy Camaro, we must be careful as it takes every fiber in our being, from not running to the nearest red light and racing the closest Honda into submission, as we act vicariously as if it were a Mustang.
The 1968 Chevrolet Camaro Classic Car. Not just a year, but an era. Vintage dream in a modern reality.
